This place was amazing from the first step inside. 9/12/23 The receceptionist was on the ball and helped me figure things out since I was feverish and could barely speak due to laryngitis. The PA, Mary Catherine, listened and checked me out. I couldn't afford the tests to see whether I had the flu or Covid (I have no insurance atpresent) so we talked at length about all of that and the differences between a virus and bacterial infection and treatments. She prescribed antibiotics and i am feeling better today, the next day, after a week and a half of suffering. Great experience going to the physical location for a mild to moderate stomach issue. All staff from the front desk to nurse to doctor were all friendly, caring, prompt and professional. Got my prescription called in quickly. The app seems good so far, signing up was super easy. I haven't seen how the follow up care/response is yet but I feel confident it will most likely be good after the experience I had today.
Very pleased with my first experience. The wait was minimal and all told we were probably out in 30 minutes. Also greatly appreciated that the doctor looked at my child’s tonsils and said it definitely looks like an infection and regardless of the origins the treatment is the same so no point in subjecting her to a throat swab. That’s being patient centered and a good steward of medical resources. Will go again next time I have an urgent care need.
