I am a property manager of a mixed-use luxury property, and overall, my experience has been positive. One of the standout aspects of their service is their quick response to any issues that arose during the restoration process:We did experience a few hiccups, across a few of our projects; Such as leaving equipment behind, missed communication/touchpoints, not hooking up equipment back correctly, etc. These are minor items that can be prevented, of which seemed to be overlooked by a PM. Nonetheless, these items were communicated by my team, and BluSky was quick to respond. BluSky did an amazing job with the water mitigation after a freeze break in an overhead pipe. The process was painless and the work was done well. Removing wet drywall, insulation, and other building materials is never an easy job but BluSky did not disappoint. The area after demo was clean and well kept making it easy for our building contractor to do his part and put it all back together.
