As a homeowner, you never want to find yourself in a situation where you need to contact a mitigation company. 212 Responded to our home after a water leak caused significant damage to our home. Stephen and his crew responded quickly and provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. These guys were amazing. They were professional and showed up on time and had great communication with the process of drying out the damage to our home. They went above and beyond to help and were overall amazing! Highly recommended!
We had water in our crawl space after the rains in the summer of 2015. The owner gave us a bid that was a LOT lower than that almost all do the other bids and he went down there himself to see the job. The job turned out to be a lot more effort that originally thought because we were still getting water. Long story short, 212 kept to their original bid and did not revert to T&M like so many others do. I would recommend this team to others and would use them again if I ever need water mitigation.
