Axium took down my review yesterday….they installed a radon mitigation system in my family’s home in 2021. We sold the house and it didn’t pass. Its also had never worked therefore my family and grandchildren have been exposed to radon poisoning for 3 years. Their president of the radon division Steve stated that since we’re making money on the sale that we should be able to afford another. Do not use this company they are dishonest, fraudulent and have no follow up after installed.
Seller had them put in a fan for the Radon system. It is wired backwards so the fan is pulling air in instead of blowing it out raisi g the radon level instead of decreasing it. They sent out an electrician the checked where it was plugged into not how the fan was working even after I ask if it was turning the right direction. My wife has called several times and they promise to call back never to be heard from. So much for their service or warrenty would never recommend them.
Victor did a very thorough job with our one year inspection. From the start he gave tips to manage minor repairs while being diligent in marking more serious concerns to share with our builder. Drove all the way out to me from centennial!Great guy would recommend to anyone
