Fort Collins VA Clinic provides quality care from courteous and knowledgeable professionals, offering a better experience than some non-VA options. While the staff is friendly and services are generally quick, the clinic may not handle more complicated issues well. Some patients have had mixed experiences, with concerns about response times for worsening conditions. However, the clinic offers a convenient alternative for those needing quick care without traveling far.
Staff are courteous. It's a clinic so expectations should be low. Anything more complicated than a cut or simple vitals is too much for this place. I've had a few good experiences and one lousy. I felt like my condition was worsening way faster than staff wanted to help. Thankfully I have private insurance to provide options.
Everyone is very nice here. It's much faster to go here than down to Loveland. If anyone doesn't like this location they are more than welcome to transfer their care to the Loveland or Cheyenne facilities. Or they can just do some old world medicine and chew on some tree bark for their medicinal needs.
I will start by saying that I understand a few of the people being upset because they most likely put in their reviews right after trying to get needs cared for and they probably put the review in while sick or in some form of pain but this place absolutely does not deserve a star review at the level it has. I have had nothing but positive and easy experiences with this va and while in the past I understand some long wait times on the phone I am also well aware that they were very understaffed at no fault of their own at the time. I was able to schedule an appointment today with Sheryl as my receptionist and she was fantastic and actually made it an enjoyable experience...read full review
