I look forward to every appointment with Marissa! She’s very compassionate and such a great listener, and her expertise in blade face-framing cuts is on another level!! So fortunate to be able to get my hair done with her!
So, I have been complaining about my super fine, STRAIGHT, flat hair all my life, partly because everyone else in my family had curly/wavy hair and I was so jealous. Thanks to Marissa, at 38 years old I found out I’m part of the wavy hair club!!! ?
Not only did she change my life with that realization, she also gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had, fixing what was a pretty rough situation I’d gotten myself into by not really knowing my hair and going to lovely but inexperienced folks for cuts.

I have never, in my 42 years, been able to embrace my natural curls. Marissa asked all the right questions, used the right products, and cut my hair so that I can wash and walk every day and stop frying my hair with a blow-dryer and straightener and still look awesome, actually better. Love her! She's also just a joy to be around!
