Outstanding! The team (especially Tammy and Chizum) worked tirelessly to help us resolve a fixture issue. Short version: fixture was less than 10 years old and was expensive at time of purchase, valve failed, Tammy researched parts (the manufacturer was no longer in business and service/support had been transferred to another company), found the part, team collectively figured out how to dismantle the fixture and re-assemble. Throughout the entire process, which ended up taking months, we received excellent customer service and never felt like we were a burden - despite the fact this fixture was a PAIN!
We needed a new water heater and were referred to Mike at IPS. Mike came out the same day to assess the situation, and give me my options. He came back the next day for installation. I like to do as much home maintenence as I can and Mike took the time to give me step by step instructions on how to flush the tank each year to prolong its life. Awesome serivce and great prices. I will use IPS for all our plumbing needs. We love supporting local businesses.
Jonathan from IPS came and replaced two toilets today and he was done in 2 hours and his workmanship showed great attention to detail. He disposed of the old units and got rid of the heavy cardboard boxes the new units came in. We’ll continue to call IPS for any future plumbing jobs!!!!
