Not only were they responsive and professional, they also solved my issue for 1/4 of the price of other guys quote. They fit us in quickly and completed the job in just a few hours. I woke up on Thursday morning to find that my master bedroom toilet was broken. I am an 81 year old man who lives alone with severe heart disease and it is not safe for me to leave my bedroom at night due to medications. I called several larger plumbing companies in Fort Collins first and was told by each one that there were no available appointments and that I would have to wait until the next week to be seen. These guys are great.I called IPS in January of 2023 for help repairing a leaking faucet fixture. They were responsive and easy to schedule with. When Derek arrived (precisely at the scheduled time), he made quick work of the repair, having arrived with the required parts already on hand.Professional, courteous and efficient.
