Work was done on time and within budget. Whenever there was a slight issue with plumbing, bathroom vanity, etc., James was upfront about it and talked through solutions with me. Very hard worker and tile work is especially good. Highly recommended!
We would recommend James in a heartbeat! Not only is he so professional but he has such a great eye for detail and what looks good in your home. He shows up on time with a smile on his face and works hard all day. He was a joy to have around! Everything you want in a contractor that is in your home every day. He retiled our entry way, bathroom, office and laundry/mudroom. It went from dark and blah to bright and welcoming. It was not a small job and had some unexpected issues once he pulled up the old tiles but he fixed everything and went above and beyond to make it perfect. I would recommend James to anyone wanting good tile work done in a timely and professional manner. He was excellent in every aspect of the job, including:1. A thorough, detailed estimate for the work the same day that he visited the site.2. A realistic schedule for the work, from demo to final touch up.3. Consistently seeking the best price on materials.4. Coordinating with electricians needed for part of the project, saving us the hassle.5.
