“I went to the Falcon location and Olivia Bergsten was able to get me in within the hour! She was very personable and such a joy to talk to while she did my hair. I came in with botched hair that I thought was not saveable, after sweat and tears lol she SAVED my hair! She was able to fix my orange splotchy highlights and turned them into what I had asked for from the other stylist at another salon. I have long and super thick hair and she was beyond patient with me during the entire process! I 100% will be coming back to her and will forever be grateful for her time and effort to get me to where I wanted to be! I’m in love with my hair now! I posted a before and after photo“

“My son, like most teenage boys wanted a modern haircut and said we needed to go to a specialty place, so a new place opened up here in Falcon. Aside from non stop cussing from the owner and other barbers they butchered my son's hair, a pretty simple haircut but the guy said the picture didn't make sense. My son was saying he was going to have to cancel a first date. I talked him into going to Sportsclips, and Abigail spent 45 minutes fixing his hair. Turns out the other 2 boys in there at the time were also getting their hair fixed from that same barbershop. My son said only Abigail touches his hair from now on. Skip the trendy new barbershop, especially if you don't want your children hearing nonstop cussing, and just go to Sportsclips where they actually know what they're doing, and they are professional and polite. First picture was the shoddy, butchered haircut, and second is what Abigail was able to do to atleast make it presentable.“
