I have thick long hair and Ms. Gretel did an amazing job, she is absolutely wonderful and definitely have experience. You can trust her. She made my birthday even more special. I’ve been going here a few years now and love the atmosphere. All of the stylists are friendly and welcoming. I feel the prices are reasonable when compared to Veda and other salon options. I had my first haircut with Gretel this morning and she is amazing. So sweet and down to earth, listened to what I wanted and it came out perfectly. Love that I can make appointments online! I loved this tucked away salon for so many reasons today...all but price. I'm still blown away at what I paid for 1 cut ( IMHO was a trim) about a 1/2 inch off. ?$45 crazy.Brought my mom in for cut and SOLID color $150. There are a few spots of white at the back of her neck which I know they will fix but, my mom is physically challenged and I despise having her have to go back.I asked the stylist working on my hair why the stylist didn't cut the 4" of hair off my mom before she colored it; she cringed because even I know that's wasted product that someone gets stuck paying for. ?.
