“This is where I go to get my hair cut! I haven't had a bad haircut yet, although I tend to get pretty basic medium fades that are hard to mess up.

Staff is friendly - I've had great experiences with everyone. Eric is unfortunately a huge Chiefs fan but no one's perfect. :)“

“My son, like most teenage boys wanted a modern haircut and said we needed to go to a specialty place, so a new place opened up here in Falcon. Aside from non stop cussing from the owner and other barbers they butchered my son's hair, a pretty simple haircut but the guy said the picture didn't make sense. My son was saying he was going to have to cancel a first date. I talked him into going to Sportsclips, and Abigail spent 45 minutes fixing his hair. Turns out the other 2 boys in there at the time were also getting their hair fixed from that same barbershop. My son said only Abigail touches his hair from now on. Skip the trendy new barbershop, especially if you don't want your children hearing nonstop cussing, and just go to Sportsclips where they actually know what they're doing, and they are professional and polite. First picture was the shoddy, butchered haircut, and second is what Abigail was able to do to atleast make it presentable.“

“I never really give 1 star reviews, and I wish I could leave one about an actual cut or hair dye job, but was never given the chance due to the appointment I booked not being honored.

I booked over a week ago (on a Saturday) for last Sunday to get my hair dyed with Justin. It might not have been the greatest sign when he had messaged me thinking I booked to do the hair coloring the same day, and didn't actually pay attention to the scheduled day/time, but I just found it funny, and shrugged it off! We all have brain farts yeah?

Come Sunday I drive all the way up there. The booking site sent me somewhere else, but based on their hours I didn't find it too strange that Justin might do services at house or something. I go to that address... Message Justin through the same number we had used, and get zero response. I decide to drive to the barber shop just in case, and they are of course closed.

It is now two days later, and I still haven't heard anything which the lack of communication is the worst part. The event I am going to is in two days with me getting on the plane early, and with it being this close now I can't find anyone else to do my hair. RIP me I guess!

If you don't work those hours they shouldn't be selectable, and at the very least: Communicate.

Edit as of 7/27/25: While I am planning on keeping my grievances on here due to the fact that I was still left High & Dry for the event I was going to, but I will be changing my star rating from 1 to a 5 because the owner cared enough to at least make an attempt. Basic level respect goes a long way.“

“Had a scissor cut yesterday with Brittany and she turned a mess of hair into a stylish cut. I provided her a reference photo for what I was hoping to look like and she nailed it. She helped explain the best ways to style my hair based on my hair type and how my cowlicks want to grow. She also provided some recommendations on products to use to achieve the look I was going for. The shampoo and scalp massage was especially nice. Her shop was modern and clean and I will be coming back. Thanks Brittany!“

“My grandson is on the autism spectrum, and has always struggled with getting hair cut as well as having people touch his ears. His first visit with Heather was difficult, but she still acted with patience and grace. Her understanding of my grandsons sensory issues, and her willingness to meet him halfway over the course of a handful of visits has yielded AMAZING RESULTS! He no longer has meltdowns before appointments, he can sit patiently and not fight her in the chair, and overall has a great time getting his haircut. Heather has done such an AMAZING job and I can’t ever thank her enough for the sheer amount of patience and kindness she brings to me and my grandbaby.“
