Chang is the very best at her trade... She provides superior color services and her hair cuts are amazing! She is always consistent and a pleasure to go to. Because she does such a great job cutting my hair, I have been visiting Chang monthly for about 15 years now. She knows what she is doing and provides excellent advice on hair care and styling. I highly recommend Constitution Family Hair Care.

I almost hate to tell you how much I enjoy this place for fear that it will be swamped with new customers. I have been getting my haircut here for years and years. The convenient location on Constitution near Powers is easy to get to, and once here you will find a nice soothing atmosphere without the noise and hassle so many hair salons suffer from. I can settle in the chair and relax as Chang consistently gives me a great haircut.
