“We had a major hail storm hit our house and needed our roof replaced. I asked friends and family for recommendations one of which was Infinity Restoration, we had your typical door knockers the morning after the storm. I called Infinity to come out for a quote while also getting quotes from other companies, most were upset that I didn’t sign a contract after their quote. Mike Karczewski from Infinity showed up on time and was extremely nice and professional, after his inspection I told him what I told the other companies and he completely understood and that was it, no high pressure sales, listened to my questions and concerns. After looking through the quotes and doing some research on each company I had a few more questions and Mike answered them quickly and truthfully. Other companies I asked the same questions either didn’t respond or seemed bothered by them. After that the choice was clear and Mike went into action, he met with the insurance adjuster to do the inspection and pointed out things that adjuster missed. When I received the insurance adjusters quote Mike noticed some things that were missing on the quote and got ahold of the adjuster for me and resolved it without me having to do anything. Once everything was approved he lined up all the crews from solar panels to roofers and gutters, each were friendly, on time and did a great job. The hardest part of the process was choosing the color of the shingles. I highly recommend Infinity Restoration.“
