Friendly and reliable service.Contact in advance days before appt as a reminder and questions re any new activity so the technician can be prepared.Always on time and always calls in advance of arrival.

My biggest complaint is that I had only a 30-minute warning via text from the tech that he was on the way. I never received any form of, "hey, we will be out to service your home a day or two from now." Even though I'm retired, I'm not home every single day. This is no way to run an efficient, customer service oriented business. It is my understanding that this is NOT an uncommon complaint. Costumers are not at your beck and call. Also, I have previously left numerous voice messages and NEVER received a call back. Again this is no way to run a business!Service: Home inspection
