“I decided to get my daughter’s hair professionally braided for the first time, and I found this place on google. Very easy to schedule an appointment and within a short time frame.

Although I’m happy with the style (my daughter absolutely loves it), I am knocking off a star because the braided did not start my daughter’s hair until almost an hour after the scheduled appointment due to her being late. I expect my time to be respected if I’m paying for a service.

Overall, did the braider do a good job? Yes.
Will I be back? Still up for debate.

“I can’t say enough good things about Ravyn! She is an incredible colorist - she lightened my hair from almost black to a gorgeous brown with highlights in just one session, and I’m loving it. I usually don’t like the in-between stages of going light, but this time it’s perfect and is much less brassy than the previous times I have gone from dark to light. Ravyn’s balayage technique is on point. I’m definitely going to keep lightening it up because it looks so good. Highly recommend her!
