Jemima did a good job on my hair. She listened, was patient, and did not get an attitude when I gave detailed specifics on what I wanted. Oftentimes, for some reason hair stylists will get an attitude (bad attitude) when you tell them what you want done and have certain requirements you prefer, which is confusing because as the customer it's your/my hair and your/my money so the customer should be able to say how they want their hair handled and done. The only thing that made me give the establishment four stars instead of five stars is that when I got home, I noticed the right braid started unraveling at the end, apparently because it was not braided securely.
Seriously amazing family owned business with great results, customer service, and great hospitality. If you’re thinking about getting braids this is definitely the place!!
My second time going and I’ve loved my hairstyle every time. They are professionals who actively check on clients. The owner is a lovely lady who is prompt and communicative. For someone who is tender-headed I advise you to let them know before hand.
