We hired Walker Brothers Plumbing & Hvac for a sump pump inspection, plus installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet, and updated shower fixtures. The first response was very fast, and the initial plumbing assessment was handled right away. Our shower valve and faucet parts were pretty old, so we were concerned the replacement might require breaking into the tile or opening the wall. I’ve had a few problems with my steam heating and plumbing system, and Patrick came out before to repair several issues. He and his team were professional, polite, and honest. The work was finished when promised, and he explained everything clearly along the way, including what was wrong, what needed repair, the expected cost, and what could happen if the problem was left alone. After the job was completed, he also walked me through what to watch for later since the older system has a few worn sections.
