I would definitely hire Parker's Emergency Plumbing again. I had a running toilet, a bathroom sink handle that was hard to turn, and a kitchen faucet with low water pressure. They took care of all the plumbing issues in one visit, which made the whole service call very convenient. Setting everything up was easy, and most of the communication was handled by text. Before the visit, they asked me to send photos of the toilet, sink, and faucet problems, so the plumber arrived prepared with the right replacement parts and tools. amazing work! another plumber came out first and said we might have to break into the foundation to fix a slow bathtub drain, and they had only run a basic snake without using a camera inspection. i wanted a second opinion, and i am so glad i did. kingston and the crew from parker's emergency plumbing had the tub draining great in about 20 minutes. they checked the access panel near the street to make sure water was moving out through the home's drain line, looked carefully for leaks around the tub drain, and even inspected the roof vent before solving the problem. very fair pricing, clean non-invasive work, and really solid plumbing knowledge. now they are my first call...read full review
