My service guy was VT. He installed a new furnace which is not in the best place, he had to go down in a crawl space that is very limited in space. He definitely was very knowledgeable, kind and knew what he was doing. He made sure even days later to see that all was working well. I'd recommend this company and VT 100%%

Vlado.C Castle Rock, CO On Oct Friday 13. 2023 contacted True Blue regarding problems with my 24 years old furnace. Customer assistant April scheduled same day technicians visit. Lead technician VT and technician Ryan come and after inspection helped me decide to stop investing for servicing the old furnace and replace it with a new one. VT assist me to get the quote for replacement immediately. Goodman 10 years warranty and 24/7 services. April scheduled the replacement work for Tuesday and VT and Ryan come and did the job. So I was told to ac and heater was needing to be replaced. He he showed up he took the time to really see if it needed replacing. And I didn't just needed cleaning. Out of at least 8 ppl looking and quoting me he took the tine to see if it was true replacement. The tech VT was awesome extremely highly recommended there service
