Very professional, kind and great communication. They always got back to us quickly, even over the weekends and holidays. They’re also very trustworthy. They do what they can to fix things rather than just sell you on big ticket items right away. Joe came out twice to breathe life into a very old AC system successfully. Unfortunately, it eventually died on us but we got three more years out of it from inexpensive fixes. Joe and his crew then did a great job of installing a whole new system at a very fair price.
The Precision team did an excellent job with an HVAC (hood) install during a remodeling project! The timely response to requests and dependable scheduling was wonderful given that we had a million other things going on. I plan to call them again for future needs!
Joe and Ruben were amazing- - they took an ncredible time troubleshooting and problem solving a very intricate problem with our older furnace and AC- - rather than just recommending a new system that a lot of outfits would've done, which would be thousands of dollars. Our fee was very small compared to what we believed it should have been! So we insisted on paying them more actually!
We highly recommend Precision climate controls and Joe and his team they have tons of integrity and are the best‼️‼️
