Joe and Ruben were amazing- - they took an ncredible time troubleshooting and problem solving a very intricate problem with our older furnace and AC- - rather than just recommending a new system that a lot of outfits would've done, which would be thousands of dollars. Our fee was very small compared to what we believed it should have been! So we insisted on paying them more actually!
