I have been training with Michael twice a week for over a year, and it's been great! As a woman in my 30s I wanted a more customized workout routine, so turned to personal training. His LoHi gym is great because it feels like a private gym, rather than a large, intimidating one. Michael makes each workout fun and challenging. I started working out with Michael at the beginning of 2024 to get in shape for my wedding 3 months later. I ended up getting into amazing shape and looking fantastic in our wedding photos. Michael is such an amazing trainer. He makes working out both fun and challenging. He even designed a workout that wouldn’t aggravate my compromised lower back. If you’re thinking of getting a personal trainer, I’d recommend him!
