I accidentally murdered my laptop by spilling sticky stout all over it. I thought it was a goner. I googled Mac repair places and thought a small business like this would be better than Apple. I’m so glad I did! Donavan was so kind, helpful, and put many, many hours into cleaning my laptop. He kept me updated throughout the process and seemed insistent on getting it to work! Very happy and would recommend using Mac-Minded for your computer needs!

Donovan at Mac-Minded was great. After an initial inquiry about my problem, he responded within the day answering all my questions. He promptly notified me of when the parts had come in and was quick to offer a time to drop off my unit. It wasn’t long before he had reached out to let me know about additional concerns he found upon inspection including photos for my review. He provided several options for service/repairs with no pressure whatsoever. After confirming exactly what was to be done, he completed the repairs in just about an hour.
