Very knowledgeable, not just about computers.Phones, tablets, pretty much anything with a circuit board.
Steve saved me a lotta $$ and was effitiant, knowledgeable and honest.
I brought my computer in thinking there was an issue with power, but Steve checked it out and it turned out to be user error! Rather than unnecessarily change out parts and charge me, he simply charged me a low service check fee and let me know. I appreciate his honesty and helpfulness!
