They received the retirement documents but requested additional information as acknowledged in their letter dated June 20, 2022. However, OPM started the monthly health care deductions on September 1, 2018. The monthly benefits deductions consisted of Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance Premiums in the amount of $168.42. I wish i could give them 0 stars mistake compounded upon mistake I was in the hospital and they denied me nessesary services as specified by the hospital they are the puppy mill of healthcate

Best experience when having to go to the doctor's for an infection. I called stating that I was having signs of an infection. The scheduler told me of the first available appointment and I took that one. She said, "Good, you will be scheduled with Dr. Bastow. She is wonderful." Wow! That eased my concerns. Then I got there and Dr. Bastow was kind, gentle, and thorough. She even followed up with me to make sure the infection was getting better. I will always use her for my GYN care.
