My annual wellness visit on April 30th with Dr. Christopher Hicks in the East Denver Medical Center was excellent. Thorough and informative. During my 36 continuous years of membership at Kaiser, I have had several outstanding primary care doctors. I am pleased to say Dr. Hicks ranks at the top of that list of Kaiser doctors I have visited.

Mrs. Dee in the lab at station 2 was extremely kind and took the time to call my doctors to make sure everything was all set. She answered all my questions and was very compassionate during my visit.

I would love to thank Shannon T. in the Pharmacy, wonderful experience and very respectful! Thank you! (thanks to the background part in the pharmacy as well for the promptness, if that's a word lol) and the Amazing Phlebotomist Etsegenet for not hurting me. I have paranoia about being my blood drawn... but she talked to me the whole time, and was very gentle. Thank you as well! Appreciate you both today 4/21/26
