I had broken my glasses and Amy Munnell was the Optician who assisted me in selecting and ordering a new pair. From the start, she was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. She explained my insurance and prescription status, all associated costs. She helped me avoid getting glasses that got darker in the light and were expressly for driving, explained why, and offered me a better alternative. She explained all aspects, answered all my questions, and made it a very comfortable, efficient, and informative experience. Kudos to Amy, much appreciation!!

The LPN who did my vitals and got me set in the patient room was great - friendly, funny and competent. I'm sorry I don't recall his name.My doctor, Dr. Rauche, is amazing and I always appreciate seeing her. She's relaxed, I never feel rushed. She knows my medical history and describes my options clearly. I feel so fortunate to have her as my primary physician.Labs were ordered and I love that I can leave the patient room and go to the lab in the same building and they already have the order and know what to do. I have always had a good experience with the lab here and at all the Kaiser clinics I've used.

It was like a trip to Disney World, only even more fun and exciting! The elevator ride from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor was better than Space Mountain!I only wish KP could send MORE notifications per visit. The 8-10 notifications I am currently getting seems a bit weak.
