I know this review doesn’t mean much because this is probably your primary health care provider and you have NO CHOICE but to go here first. The Navy really needs to step up their game with health care because honestly this place is a joke. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment that’s not 3-4 months out and they always suggest just going to the ER. I really wish we were better taken care of. It’s honestly just sad.

I swear they like making it harder and harder for people to get their medicine. Employees do not like to talk to people and when they do they like to argue. Unfortunately YOUR JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIND ANOTHER JOB IF YOU DONT LIKE IT

Yea this facility usually gives the runaround with no direction in what to do. Immunizations and Labs are the only good part of this facility but if you want to be seen for a checkup or have to go through Audiology, good luck. Audio has the worst possible system for seeing sailors and doesn't fill in no shows, I guess their work days must be easy though. ?\\u200d♂️ Regular services like checkups or just talking to someone feels like pulling teeth. Try Balboa.
