Hot Tips Nails and Spa

I went back to Hot Tips today and had a really great experience! They did a great job on my fingers and toes and were very nice and friendly. I didn't bring up my last experience, but I think they recognized me from my yelp photo. They took accountability for my previous experience and apologized which was really great. No place is perfect, but I think it matters most how establishments fix their mistakes which is what Hot Tips did. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone and will continue going for my nails! Tina and Mary were really lovely :) P.S. my pedicure turned out great but I'm not going to post a photo of my feet on here! The photo of my nails is from today!

I’ve been here twice and they do a great job on my nails but they are always so obnoxious with up charging and adding things I didn’t ask for in the first place. This last time I went they didn’t even explain the prices to me and just told me what they thought was best without telling me prices. I understand they’re trying to make money but this is where people come to relax, not be hassled to pay ridiculous prices and be scammed. Definitely don’t come if you have social anxiety cause they will take advantage of people who don’t put their foot down!Services: Foot massages
