They are kind and positive. They have many options and colors to choose from. Vinh did my nails and he was really kind, funny, and very good at doing nail designs. It was my first time ever getting my nails done and they did wonderful. I recommend going there and getting your nails done. And there prices are great.
I absolutely loved this place! Holly (manicure) and Candy (pedicure) were so patient and professional, and they were incredibly kind. My nails and cuticles were in terrible shape, and I was a bit anxious about going anywhere and either being treated poorly or not getting the professional service I needed to help my nails recover. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked perfect and were in excellent condition by the time I left! The place is clean, smells great, and the staff are professional and friendly. Top-notch services here at Hot Tips!!!
Customer service was great! Walked in and they were able to get my mom and I in for a pedicure immediately. She was constantly checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the service. Definitely will be coming back!
