Not only are they extremely nice, but they are beyond helpful. If you need help with something, they already know what to do and they do it quickly. Steve is probably one of the kindest human beings we have met in this business and the rest of the business reflects that. 10/10 would recommend them to others.

American Backflow Consulting & Services did a wonderful job servicing my businesses backflow meters. Please do not be persuaded by reviews from years ago regarding their customer service because those experiences are not the present. American Backflow was incredibly accommodating, timely, and responsive with all of my requests. They even submitted my report to my district for me! I have nothing but great things to say and will absolutely be using them in the future!

We work with domestic, irrigation, fire, and other backflow assemblies in residential and commercial buildings. Steve Krebs has over 20 years of experience in the backflow industry. After several years working as a technician at another company, he decided to open his own company in May 2005. As an owner, he has a special interest in providing the best service in his testing and installations.
