“I had a last second issue with an apartment I was sub-leasing. I had 36 hours to find a solution and nobody could fill the job in time. I called the magic fairy and got the most incredible service I could’ve imagined. Ada was so generous and went out of her way to do everything she could coordinating it all and she was able to fill the job within an hour!!! And the two she sent were like magic. My team of Mayte and Rosa F were really thorough, top to bottom, and I wish I could describe the feeling of discovering more things that they cleaned.<br>I’m not sure if I’m going to continue using this company going forward, because the office admin has not been seamless, and I don’t love the business model of coercing customers to affect employees’ pay by leaving reviews. I chose 5280 because they make a big deal of being worker owned, but “reviews significantly impact their performance evaluations” feels bad, and it certainly didn’t seem like a worker-forward choice to send two employees whose english equaled my spanish, so we had to call the office for a translator and do the rest with translate apps. Why put your workers in that position?<br>To be clear: the clean was outstanding. I guess I’m just getting pickier and crankier.”
