When her sister comes with her it's even better as they're both fantastic. Ali is very responsive, shows up on time, and is priced reasonably. Most importantly, he truly cares about his work and makes sure to get every detail right. While I've had other cleaners rush the job and use improper techniques that damaged my carpets, Ali clearly values quality over speed and takes the time to use the right methods.
