“I’ve used cottage care twice now and am very pleased with the service for a few reasons:
1. They have incredible follow up. If something gets missed they fix it and make sure to be diligent about it the next time.
2. The team is staffed by really lovely people. Sage and Alyssa are so sweet and really great at working around you when necessary (I work from home) and checking in when it’ll be convenient (eg not vacuuming during a meeting).
3. As a company they’re very pet friendly. My dog is a bit reactive in a very barky but not aggressive way. Sage and Alyssa just rolled with it. I crate her when they come, but I’m the in between part they are very understanding and sweet to her.“

I’m not sure if I’m going to continue using this company going forward, because the office admin has not been seamless, and I don’t love the business model of coercing customers to affect employees’ pay by leaving reviews. I chose 5280 because they make a big deal of being worker owned, but “reviews significantly impact their performance evaluations” feels bad, and it certainly didn’t seem like a worker-forward choice to send two employees whose english equaled my spanish, so we had to call the office for a translator and do the rest with translate apps. Why put your workers in that position?
To be clear: the clean was outstanding. I guess I’m just getting pickier and crankier.“

“Loli and Mayra did an excellent job. My large JennAir gas stove was left in horrible condition after recent purchase of my home. Blue Spring Cleaning came to my rescue. In just 2 hours my stove looked like new. They also cleaned all debris from the sides and back of the stove as well. Will use Blue Spring again. Thank you
