I returned late November from a trip overseas to discover that my old furnace was not working. Thank goodness for warm weather! I immediately called Golden West Plumbing and Heating, based upon the strength of their reviews. I had already decided that all of my mechanicals were very old and soon to fail, so decided before making that call to check affordability to replace everything.

When your swamp cooler decides to kick the bucket on the hottest day of the year, that makes for a really bad day. BUT Golden West was able to save the day and address the issue we were having (even though it was a Saturday).
Anthony was able to come out on Saturday morning and walk through the diagnostics and swamp cooler issues with us, which led us to the problem stemming from the control panel. We did try to diagnose this beforehand ourselves but just didnt have the knowledge, and Anthony was patient with answering our questions and concerns as to how he got to thay diagnosis.
