Our swamp cooler, installed five/six/seven years ago by the Cooler Company (it's hard to remember when exactly) is still blowing strong and cold. No issues. I had a minor hardware issue today during startup (issue with a flex line as it happened, nothing to do with the cooler) and a tech on the phone at the Cooler Company was beyond helpful on the phone helping me identify the issue. No charge. So, my review: use this company. Their products last. They really seem to care for their customers. They rock!
