I was initially hesitant to go with the Cooler Company because recent reviews were lower than other companies. I had four different HVAC companies visit, check out my issue (an evaporative cooler problem), and bid on the project. The Cooler Company was more impressive than all of them. They were thorough in their analysis of my issue and gave me a fair estimate for the work. They installed a new cooler for me and when I wasn't satisfied with the performance of the cooler (it only had two speeds, the lower of which was too high), they upgraded the cooler (for a fair price) within two days. Our swamp cooler, installed five/six/seven years ago by the Cooler Company (it's hard to remember when exactly) is still blowing strong and cold. No issues. I had a minor hardware issue today during startup (issue with a flex line as it happened, nothing to do with the cooler) and a tech on the phone at the Cooler Company was beyond helpful on the phone helping me identify the issue. No charge. So, my review: use this company. Their products last. They really seem to care for their customers. They rock!
