Any questions we had she was prompting answering, and she would respond to any questions we had and gave us a perfect timeline of when everything would take place and worked really well with the cemetery that my mother in law was going to be buried at. All in all, it was very good service and I would recommend them to anybody has a family member that has passed and you need burial services. The pricing is good as well.“

I can't speak for everyone but my family's experience was as good as it could be under the circumstances. My advice would be just to be clear about what you want and what you do not want. The entire process is pretty much up to the family in the wants etc. You can build your services one piece at a time or purchase a package. Also, Mr. Ballard was honest & realistic about what to expect. What more could we ask for? I say give this small business a try.
