Niza has made the process of getting a hair system fun and exciting! She eased any concerns of mine by being very communicative and comforting during the process and has taken the time to reach out and check in how my hair system and I are holding up! Niza makes the anxious process of considering and deciding to get a hair system so smooth. She answers all of your questions and when you decide to move forward teaches you the step by step process of maintenance. Love that you have options for maintenance based on how much support you need. When I wanted a couple of tweaks, she was right there and made them happen beautifully. The quality of her work is tiptop and I am so happy I made the decision to put my trust (and my receding hairline) in her hands.
After a long battle with some medical issues, I was losing my hair drastically and wasn’t feeling like myself. I didn’t recognize myself and started watching TikTok for some ideas on how to feel more me. After scrolling, I came across Nina and The Chop Shop. I messaged her and within a few weeks, we met up, ordered a hair unit, and were scheduled for an install.
Since December I have been back once a month for a refresh and a reinstall. It’s a wonderful feeling to be pampered every month. It’s also amazing to see myself again in the mirror.
