“After the big hail storms in June 2023, we worked with LR to complete a new roof installation and repaint the entire exterior of our home in Evergreen. The entire team at LR was a pleasure to work with. Adam was my main point of contact and he was professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all questions and concerns I had. He set clear expectations and was reassuring throughout the entire process. The public adjusters, Zach and Jeff from Reserve Capital, were great dealing with our insurance company on our behalf. Our insurance company did everything they could to prolong the process and Zach/Jeff continued to fight for us until we got the outcome we wanted. When it came to getting the work done, LR was responsive and got the crews out to our home quickly. They seem to subcontract high quality teams and the roof and exterior paint job looks amazing.
