friendly, professional, and very detail oriented heater repair company. a couple of weeks ago i found out the upstairs heating unit had gone bad, so i compared a few estimates and scheduled a service visit. nicolas set up the appointment for the next morning, and tony came out for the inspection. he clearly explained the furnace issue, walked me through the repair and replacement options, and gave me a solid timeframe for getting the unit back up and running. tony and his crew even offered to arrive early so the heater repair could be finished quickly. the work took about five hours, and they stayed focused, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was installed...read full review

I also had a home warranty involved, and their contractor gave a different opinion at first. The process took longer than expected, but Tony responded quickly, returned to review the system, and worked professionally with the other technician to go over the furnace...read full review
