Better Buzz Yoga is a great place for people of all skill levels, ages and other things that make you unique. The instructors here regularly focus on ways to support yourself or adjust your stretch/shape to make it more comfortable and accessable. The space is big enough for everyone to feel comfortable in a medium sized class, and the props they provide are very high quality. I've been a big fan of all the instructors that I've taken classes with, as they are very warm and welcoming, have a good class pace, and are able to offer specific adjustments while keeping things accessible for everyone
