We chose Belfor as the company to rebuild our home after a fire the week before Christmas 2021. Kevin showed up the next day and before getting down to business he told us how sorry he was that we were going through all of heartbreak and uncertainty of a fire but assured us that we WOULD get our home back. He explained how the company works, other projects they have completed, how the contractors are brought in, and what we could expect. Kevin Mansfield and Mike Smith have walked us through every step of the way. The contractors they sent out were top notch. I had a house fire a number of years ago. Thankfully nobody was hurt. However the damage to the home was extensive- Complete with Asbestos contamination, which meant gutting the home down to the studs and building back out. I had some changes made for the remodel compared to original design. they had great suggestions, connections to professionals, and made an unbearable process and life event less terrible. To top it off, my home was built in 1950 and there was some uniqueness to an addition that was put on somewhere in between then and when i owned it.
