It was a wonderful experience working with 1-800 Water Damage. sewage backup is stressful enough, so it was wonderful working with kind, empathic, and efficient people. From the first call, I felt we were in great hands. Efram was on time, very friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He gave me an honest assessment; I didn't feel like he was trying to encourage me to spend unnecessary money. I would definitely recommend 1-800 Water Damage if you are ever need water mitigation specialists.

I am very impressed with the team from 1-800 water damage of Denver. We had a lot of rain in Denver this spring and our home sustained damage from leaky downspout. The basement wall, molding, and carpet were wet. Efrem suggested that we wait a month or more between the demolition and restoration to make sure that the newly replaced downspout kept the water out. The restoration was complete a week ago and we couldn't be happier with how it looks. Walls look great. Paint color is a perfect match. Thank you Efrem and others from 1-800 Water Damage of Denver for fixing our home!!

Have you ever been in a really rough situation and desperately needed someone to call that you trust? These are the guys. Effrem and his entire team were great for us. We had a flood in our basement due to a massive rain and hail storm. We called them the day of the storm, and they were at our house the next morning. His team was professional and helpful in getting fans and dehumidifers going in our home and within a few days our soaked basement was dry as a bone. They did demo work for us pulling out drywall and baseboards, and left the home as clean as possible when they were done. Effrem even went above and beyond with a small issue we had.
