April has been really helpful with all of my questions going through my skin journey. Her pricing is very competitive. One of the best things is how relaxed and relatable April is. She lets you decide what services you want and does not pressure you to spend beyond what you’re comfortable spending, which I experienced at Preva. “This is my favorite Woodhouse Spa location! The design is modern and luxurious and the quiet space is heavenly! I booked a massage for my birthday and unfortunately on the day of the provider I requested was sick. The staff went above and beyond to offer a few alternatives and fortunately I was able to still be seen on the day I originally booked just with a different provider, Sarah, who was excellent! I was really looking forward to this solo recharge time and I'm so grateful that Christie, Sarah, and the rest of the Woodhouse staff was able to accommodate me!“

The staff here was great working with us to target some of the areas we had some pain. The atmosphere was excellent and calming. They offered drinks, water and more before and after the massage. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Reyna, the manager. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. You can really tell under her management that everything runs smoothly—the studio was sparkling clean, super organized, and just felt great to be in.

I came back again a few days later and Reyna helped me update my profile and get everything set up again with ease.

“I got a micro needling session about 4 weeks from Krista and I loved my experience and results. No pain due to the pre numbing cream and also great hygiene. First few days had peeling skin, redness, and dry skin and then the weeks to follow my skin got significantly smoother and my acne scars faded. Krista was so nice and experienced and thoroughly explained post care, she made me feel very comfortable and also did not force any products or other services . Very reasonable pricing and great results for my acne scars. Will be doing more sessions from her and would highly recommend to others.“

She explained what would be best, told me everything she was doing step by step, asked me my opinions but was happy to give her input when I asked.
