Jenelle and her entire staff are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient! 10/10 highly recommend Palm Beach Tan for all of your tanning needs! From custom spray tans, to all level tanning beds and infrared beds this is the best salon!!!! So thankful for them and their services!💕🙏🏽
I’m from Austin and was just passing through when Jenelle and Ava provided me with the best customer service! Although this location didn’t have some of the add-ons I was looking for, Jenelle did her very best to accommodate me in other ways. Her effort, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Jenelle and Ava, for making my experience such a positive one!
I love this location especially when Jenelle tells me what bed to tan in after my red light therapy. I listen to her every time and my tan is spectacular. Bella is also exceptional at checking me in with a happy smile and helps me to choose the best lotion to obtain the best color.
