I had a great experience at Massage Heights North Thornton. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you want when you’re trying to unwind.
The waiting area and facilities were very clean and fresh-smelling, without that overpowering chemical or cosmetic scent you sometimes get at other places. I had my initial massage with Rebecca (I believe that was her name). As someone who had never had a massage before, I was really looking forward to the experience, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed and as though I had wasted my money. I had specifically requested deep tissue work, but the pressure never reached an effective level despite me politely asking multiple times. Additionally, there was a significant amount of conversation throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax.

Brenda is amazing and does a fabulous deep tissue along with stretching. My body feels better after seeing her. I have chronic pain and SI joint pain. I have had several injections and nerve ablation's that helped. But the massage works wonders as well!!
