Customers appreciate the calming environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the quality of the massage services. The spa can help visitors feel their best and get the most enjoyment out of their vacation, especially those facing altitude sickness. Customers praise the spa's ability to address altitude sickness, with one stating that the hyperbaric chambers took them back to sea level in 18 minutes, providing a "huge relief." The infrared sauna is also recommended on a cold day, with one reviewer calling it "just what I needed." I came in for a massage not being able to move my neck and in severe pain. Jen was wonderful. She helped me so much and I left with 90% more mobility than I had went I first arrived. I will absolutely be returning and can’t say enough positive things about my experience.
Great service by genuinely good people. Saved my trip and offered to go above and beyond if necessary. Luckily it never got to that point, but was assuring to know he was there if needed.
I just had an incredible reflexology massage! 30 minutes feet and 30 for the hands - wow how rejuvenating! Mike is really strong, and he knew what to do/not do for a pregnant mama. I had such a great experience that I booked another appointment for tomorrow. Highly recommend! I just walked in.
