“Fantastic work! I had done a lot of independent research and PT on my SI Joint which had become mobile (and very painful).

I got myself to like 80% healed, but couldn't progress further. The team at Select Physical Therapy were amazing, and in 6 weeks, I'm pretty much 95% now with a clear path to 100%.

I'm not saying they'll fix everyone in 6 weeks. PT and rehab can take years. But in my case, I was close and they were able to meet me where I was at and take me the rest of the way.

I highly recommend this group if you have any physical limitations or pain. True professionals that know what they are doing!“

“Dr. Becker has been treating me for severe lower back pain since February, 2025. Spinal decompression treatments made an immediate improvement in my back pain. I continued the treatments into May and now have minimal to no pain. Dr. Becker has also treated me for Vertigo, Scoliosis and foot pain. My orthotics are a life saver! I now have home equipment to continue my treatment and only need maintenance appointments. Dr. Becker spends as much time with patients as needed. “I made an initial consultation visit at Allied this week for lower back and upper left leg pain that has turned debilitating. I met with Dr. Vickers, who quickly went to work asking questions and listening to understand my pain points. After a few range of motion tests, we sat at the iPad and using a diagram of the body, Dr. Vickers walked me through his analysis and prognosis, recommending my next course as an MRI. I've had the MRI, with the radiologist report aligning exactly with Dr. Vickers' prognosis, who then recommended me to an orthopedic doc as well as a pain specialist for immediate relief, both have which have been fantastic. Bottom line is one initial consultation has me now on a path to treatment without pressure to purchase additional sessions, only what is best for my health needs. I will definitely be back. Joshua and the team at Allied Healthcare are definite 5 star quality!“

“I was referred here by a friend over a year ago after I partially tore my MCL. When I say Dr Riley Kulm has done an outstanding job it’s an understatement. He got me from pain every step I walked to back in the Jiu jitsu gym 3-4 times a week with 0 pain in only 4 months. I made 90-100% recovery in such a short time of following his procedures and rehabilitation workouts and overtime my pain decreased and range of motion increased drastically to the point where now my knee is stronger(a year post tear) than it was before the injury. Would recommend this place to anyone, I would feel comfortable with these guys handling anyones PT no matter the issue, seriously 5+stars above and beyond.“
