Elsa is fantastic!! We have used her for months and are so appreciative of her care and her work. She is very thorough and respectful and does an incredible job. She is on time and communicative and charges very reasonably (although we always tip her extra because she goes above and beyond). When her sister comes with her it's even better as they're both fantastic. Elsa always finds things we didn't even think to clean or have to ask for (like the top of our china hutch or dining room chandelier). She is reliable and helpful and we love having her come clean. So glad we hired her!
Elsa has been cleaning our home for the past 7 months and does such a great job. She is by far the most thorough person we have ever had. She communicates when she is on her way (which I appreciate), asks when I need something extra and sometimes just takes it upon herself to do extra things such as the windows, refrigerator, etc. I highly recommend her!
Our home was in need of a deep clean. Elsa and her team were fantastic! We have two dogs, so it’s hard to keep up with dusting and all the tiny areas that dog hair creeps into. But it felt like our home was sparkling after Elsa and her team finished!
We just moved into this home last summer and I don’t even think it was this clean on move-in day. We were truly impressed with the level of service and honestly, the ladies were so kind and personable! We have already asked Elsa to clean our home on a bi-weekly because it was just that good!
