She is on time and communicative and charges very reasonably (although we always tip her extra because she goes above and beyond). When her sister comes with her it's even better as they're both fantastic. Elsa always finds things we didn't even think to clean or have to ask for (like the top of our china hutch or dining room chandelier). She is reliable and helpful and we love having her come clean.
