Checking in on the app was easy and nice because I checked in on my way home from work and the wait time was basically my drive time so I got there right on time. “I decided to get my daughter’s hair professionally braided for the first time, and I found this place on google. Very easy to schedule an appointment and within a short time frame.

Although I’m happy with the style (my daughter absolutely loves it), I am knocking off a star because the braided did not start my daughter’s hair until almost an hour after the scheduled appointment due to her being late. I expect my time to be respected if I’m paying for a service.

Overall, did the braider do a good job? Yes.
Will I be back? Still up for debate.
