Ris or Reese did a wonderful job cutting my son's hair. She is great with children and even better with children who are sensory sensitive. Thank you for always giving him a great cut!
Update: we reached out to customer service and they helped us immensely to rectify this. I raised the rating to 3 from 1.
During our visit, Delilah was not only unprofessional but also outright rude, particularly to my autistic son and mother. She snapped at him as soon as we arrived at her station and gave heavy attitude throughout the service. When we requested adjustments to the haircuts, she made us and everyone in the store feel uncomfortable and as though I had done something wrong simply for asking for the haircut we wanted instead of what she wanted to give us.
