We have used USA for the past few years for any services we have needed. Once we find a good company for anything we are loyal especially when they produce results as amazing as USA Carpet care does. They answer in an efficient and timely manner not leaving the customer waiting. They arrive when they say they will and if anything comes up to where they may be late they call to update to allow for any changes. They produce amazing and extremely professional results. I honestly didn’t think some of the stains in my home would ever come out, but they completely exceeded my expectations.
The guys were on time, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain the process before starting. My carpets look and smell incredible now, and the whole house feels fresher. You can tell they take pride in their work and really care about customer satisfaction.

USA Carpet Care were absolutely awesome. They cleaned our carpets here on base and were very professional and quick with their work. They were exactly on time and very communicative throughout the process. No doubt we will be having them back for our move out of base housing. Very highly recommend
