Great company and customer service focused
Was without water in my home for 3 days because the heat cable we had wasn't working properly with this recent arctic blast and the property management company refused to touch anything aside from replacing the broken meter. Steven came out to install new heat cable I had and fixed the terrible job the management company did wrapping their own cable that didn't even work around the meter area. Had water flowing again before they even left my property. Thank you for your willingness to come out and openly walking me through everything. Highly recommend The Rooter Guy's for plumbing needs!
